1. About the Site
The Site describes our consulting services in people systems, leadership development, marketing, and design, and lets you book a discovery call. Information on the Site is general and for informational purposes only. It is not legal, HR, employment, tax, or financial advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
2. Services are covered by a separate agreement
Any services we provide are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Service descriptions, tiers, and pricing on the Site are summaries and may change at any time. A proposal or agreement signed by both parties controls over anything on the Site.
3. Booking a discovery call
Discovery calls are free, informational conversations. Booking a call does not obligate either of us to work together. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, artwork, frameworks, and design, is owned by or licensed to Jennifer VanderArend and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Ownership and use of work created for clients is covered by the client's signed agreement, not by these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfere with the Site's operation, or introduce viruses or harmful code
Scrape, copy, or collect content or information from the Site by automated means without permission
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
6. Testimonials and results
Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results vary depending on each organization's circumstances, and testimonials are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites and tools, such as Google Calendar for booking. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer
